View LSEG Account Profile in Outlook

The LSEG tab in the account view provides third-party profile integrated directly from LSEG. This tab allows you to view detailed company profile, contacts, funds, and high-level portfolio overview.

  1. Navigate to the account view by clicking on a account’s name from a search result or from a matched email.

  2. Select the LSEG tab located in the account view.

If the account is already linked in the CRM, the LSEG tab displays third-party data organized into 4 views.

  1. Profile: Displays company profile such as equity and total assets under management, investment style, turnover rating and rates.

  2. Funds: Displays account funds, and information about the fund such as investment style, equity assets under management, and turnover rating and rates.

  3. Contacts: Lists the account’s contacts with their titles and emails. You can link or unlink specific contacts from this tab.

  4. Portfolio: View the top 10 holdings, top 5 new positions, top 5 closed positions.

  1. In each of the tabs listed above, you can click Show More. This will open Prospector in a new browser tab, allowing you to view the full details of the company profile, funds, or portfolio.

  2. If an account has been linked to the wrong LSEG profile, click the Unlink Record button to disconnect the profiles. Note that unlinking an account unlinks all contacts.

If the account is not yet linked in the CRM, the tab will not display profile data immediately. Instead, the system provides suggested accounts from the LSEG based on fuzzy account name match.

  1. Review the suggested matches.

  2. Click Link Record to the correct account match.

  3. If you accidentally linked the wrong account, click Unlink Record and then click Link Record on the right account.
