View Account Contacts in Outlook

The Contacts tab provides a list of contacts at the current account or across all accounts in the hierarchy. This allows you to view relationships across the entire corporate structure directly from Outlook.

  1. Navigate to the account view by clicking on an account’s name from a search result or from a matched email.

  2. Select the Contacts tab.

CHANGE CONTACT LIST SCOPE

Use the dropdown menu to define which contacts are displayed.

  • View all contacts from account: Lists contacts directly associated with the currently selected account.

  • View contacts in hierarchy: Lists contacts associated with any account within the full account hierarchy.
