The Account Detail view in Tier1 Inbox allows you to review account information, third-party data, and related data directly within Outlook. The view is organized into specific tabs and menus to help you locate information quickly.
HOW TO ACCESS ACCOUNT VIEW
You can navigate to the account view.
Perform a search for an account and click on the account name.
Click on the account name from a matched email.
In any other view where it displays account name. Clicking the account’s name opens the account view.

The account view is divided into tabs.
Details: Displays comprehensive account information. The header above this tab displays the most essential account information.
LSEG: This tab only appears if your organization has LSEG integration. It provides account’s profile, contacts, funds, and portfolio summary such as top 10 holdings.
Contacts: Use this tab to see the account’s contacts and to navigate to one of the contact details view.
Related: Use this tab to see the account’s related data such as upcoming and past interactions, associated opportunities or deals, coverage, account hierarchy, distribution lists the account belongs to, and account data unique to your organization.
USING THE ACTION MENU
Located in the top right of the account view, the Action Menu provides quick access to common workflows.
Quickly record a meeting or call.
Update account address, tiers, or other details.
Generate an account tearsheet from LSEG.
Any other specific actions configured for your organization.
The fields displayed in the Details tab and account header, and the options available in the action menu are configurable. If you notice missing data fields or cannot find a specific action you expect, contact us or your administrator to have them enabled.
