Reserving a Meeting

OVERVIEW

After a Meeting is added under an Event, you can reserve it from the Schedule tab in Event Summary screen. A reserved meeting only allows Event Coordinators or those with permission to add bookings or manage the meeting details. Standard users can only view the meeting details for a reserved meeting.

RESERVE A MEETING FROM EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to reserve.

  3. From the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis to the left of the Meeting's time slot), select "Reserve Meeting".

  4. Click Yes.

  5. After a meeting is reserved, you can unreserve it by selecting "Un-Reserve Meeting".

RESERVE A MEETING FROM MEETING DETAILS PAGE

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to reserve.

  3. Click Meeting Timeslot to open Meeting Details Page

  4. Select "Reserve Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  5. Click Yes.

  6. After a meeting is reserved, you can unreserve it by selecting "Un-Reserve Meeting".

RESERVE A MEETING FROM SUMMARY PANE

  1. From List or Calendar view, click on the Event name to open Summary Pane.

  2. Navigate to Meetings tab, locate the Meeting you want to reserve.

  3. Select "Reserve Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  4. Click Yes.

  5. After a meeting is reserved, you can unreserve it by selecting "Un-Reserve Meeting"
