Moving a Meeting

OVERVIEW

You can move a Meeting from one Event to another, provided the "source" Event has been saved after the Meeting had been created. All Attendees and Key Participants of the Meeting move along with it to the "target" Event.

MOVE A MEETING FROM EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to move.

  3. From the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis to the left of the Meeting's time slot), select "Move Meeting".

  4. In Move Meeting dialog that displays, select the date for the "target" Event.

  5. All Events scheduled for the selected date appear on the list in the Select Event section.

  6. To filter the Event list, start typing the name of the "target" Event in the field above the list.

  7. Click on the “target” Event and click Update.

  8. In the warning message box that appears, click Yes.

MOVE A MEETING FROM MEETING DETAILS PAGE

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to move.

  3. Click Meeting Timeslot to open Meeting Details Page.

  4. Select "Move Meeting" from the context menu in the header (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  5. In Move Meeting dialog that displays, select the date for the "target" Event.

  6. All Events scheduled for the selected date appear on the list in the Select Event section.

  7. To filter the Event list, start typing the name of the "target" Event in the field above the list.

  8. Click on the “target” Event and click Update.

  9. In the warning message box that appears, click Yes.

MOVE A MEETING FROM SUMMARY PANE

  1. From List or Calendar view, click on the Event name to open Summary Pane.

  2. Navigate to Meetings tab, locate the Meeting you want to move.

  3. Select "Move Meeting" from the context menu in the header (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  4. In Move Meeting dialog that displays, select the date for the "target" Event.

  5. All Events scheduled for the selected date appear on the list in the Select Event section.

  6. To filter the Event list, start typing the name of the "target" Event in the field above the list.

  7. Click on the “target” Event and click Update.

  8. In the warning message box that appears, click Yes.
