Un-booking a Meeting

Article summary

OVERVIEW

After a Meeting is added and Attendees have been booked, you can un-book all the Attendees from the Schedule tab in Event Summary screen or from Meeting Details Page.

UN-BOOK A MEETING FROM EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to un-book.

  3. From the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis to the left of the Meeting's time slot), select "Un-book Meeting".

  4. Click Yes.

UN-BOOK A MEETING FROM MEETING DETAILS PAGE

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to un-book.

  3. Click Meeting Timeslot to open Meeting Details Page

  4. Select "Un-book Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  5. Click Yes.

UN-BOOK A MEETING FROM SUMMARY PANE

  1. From List or Calendar view, click on the Event name to open Summary Pane.

  2. Navigate to Meetings tab, locate the Meeting you want to un-book.

  3. Select "Un-book Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  4. Click Yes.
