As of 2024.4, Tier1 Mobile provides quick list actions on contact and account lists.
CONTACT QUICK ACTIONS
Users can tap on the ellipsis … menu and perform the following actions
Add to List: add this contact to a list you already created.
Edit Contact: edit this contact.
Phone: call this contact using your device. This option is not available on tablets.
Email: email this client using your device’s native mail option.
Call Report: log a call report with this contact added as a client attendee and contact’s account as the client.
ACCOUNT QUICK ACTIONS
Users can tap on the ellipsis … menu and perform the following actions
Add to List: add this account to a list you already created.
Edit Account: edit this account.
Add Contact: add a contact for this account.
Call Report: log a call report with this account as the client.
Website: open your device’s default browser and open the account’s website
