As of 2024.4, Tier1 Mobile provides quick list actions on contact and account lists.

CONTACT QUICK ACTIONS

Users can tap on the ellipsis … menu and perform the following actions

  1. Add to List: add this contact to a list you already created.

  2. Edit Contact: edit this contact.

  3. Phone: call this contact using your device. This option is not available on tablets.

  4. Email: email this client using your device’s native mail option.

  5. Call Report: log a call report with this contact added as a client attendee and contact’s account as the client.

ACCOUNT QUICK ACTIONS

Users can tap on the ellipsis … menu and perform the following actions

  1. Add to List: add this account to a list you already created.

  2. Edit Account: edit this account.

  3. Add Contact: add a contact for this account.

  4. Call Report: log a call report with this account as the client.

  5. Website: open your device’s default browser and open the account’s website
