Manage Contacts or Accounts on Static Lists on Mobile (New)

ADD CONTACTS OR ACCOUNTS TO LISTS

If you are using prior versions to 2024.4, see related article on how to manage static lists. In 2024.4, we simplified how to manage static lists.

You can search for contacts or accounts directly from a search result, add directly into a list, or copy them from another list.

BY SEARCH

  1. Search for contacts or accounts. See related article on how to search.

  2. From the search resuts, tap on the multi-select option in the top right.

  3. Tap on the checkboxes of contacts or accounts you want to add to lists.

  4. Tap on the clipboard icon on the top right of the screen.

  5. Select a list you want to add the contacts or accounts to.

  6. The mobile app saves the new list entries.

ADD DIRECTLY INTO A LIST

  1. On any list, tap on add to list icon in the top right

  2. You can tap on the checkboxes of contacts or accounts in your coverage, and add them to this list. If the contact or accounts are outside your coverage, tap on the search and search for the contact or account by name.

  3. After searching, use the same checkboxes to tap and save.

  4. The mobile app saves the new list entries.

COPY FROM ANOTHER LIST

Put instructions like this and add images when necessary. Don’t use too many images.

  1. Tap on a list you want to copy from.

  2. Tap on the mutli-select option in the top right of the screen.

  3. Tap on the checkboxes of contacts or accounts you want to copy.

  4. Tap on the clipboard icon on top right screen.

  5. Select the list you want to add the contacts or accounts to.

  6. The mobile app saves the new list entries.

REMOVE CONTACTS OR ACCOUNTS FROM LISTS

  1. Tap on a list you want to remove contacts or accounts from.

  2. Tap on the multi-select option in the top right, of the contacts or accounts you want to remove from list.

  3. Tap on the checkboxes of contacts or accounts you want to remove from the list.

  4. Tap on the trash icon on top right screen.

  5. Choose either to remove from current list or all my lists.

We recommend you do use the delete from All my lists option unless you are sure no one else has a relationship with these contacts or accounts.

Known Issues and Limitations

You cannot manage dynamic lists on Mobile. Use Client Center to manage the search criteria for dynamic lists.

There are no bulk list management features on Mobile. Use Client Center if you are planning to make siginficant number of list changes.

If you chose to remove contacts or accounts from all lists and you do not have permission to edit that list, the app will give you an error. Contact your administrator to remove the contacts or accounts from all lists since they will have permissions to modify all lists.
