Manage Contacts or Accounts on Static Lists on Mobile

ADD CONTACTS OR ACCOUNTS TO LISTS

You can add contacts or accounts to lists by searching for them or copying them from another list.

BY SEARCH

  1. Search for contacts or accounts. See related article on how to search.

  2. Tap on the icons of the contacts or accounts you want to add to a list.

  3. You can optionally use the select all option.

  4. Tap on the clipboard icon on top right of the screen.

  5. Select a list you want to add the contacts or accounts to.

  6. The mobile app saves the new list entries.

COPY FROM ANOTHER LIST

  1. Tap on a list you want to copy from.

  2. Tap on the icons of the contacts or accounts you want to add to a list.

  3. Tap on the clipboard icon on top right screen.

  4. Select the list you want to add the contacts or accounts to.

  5. The mobile app saves the new list entries.

REMOVE CONTACTS OR ACCOUNTS FROM LISTS

  1. Tap on a list you want to remove contacts or accounts from.

  2. Tap on the icons of the contacts or accounts you want to remove from list.

  3. Tap on the trash icon on top right screen.

  4. Choose the current list you are on.

We recommend you do use the delete from all my lists option unless you are sure no one else has a relationship with these contacts or accounts.

Known Issues and Limitations

You cannot manage dynamic lists on Mobile. Use Client Center to manage the search criteria for dynamic lists.

There are no bulk list management features on Mobile. Use Client Center if you are planning to make siginficant number of list changes.

If you chose to remove contacts or accounts from all lists and you do not have permission to edit that list, the app will give you an error. Contact your administrator to remove the contacts or accounts from all lists since they will have permissions to modify all lists.
