To create a new static list,
Tap on the My Lists icon on the bottom navigation menu or the hamburger navigation menu.
Tap on the + icon.
Enter a list name and choose Contact or Account and tap Create.
You can also use the create a list option from the + Create New on the bottom navigation menu or the hamburger navigation menu.
In 2024.4, the application automatically navigates to your newly created list. In previous versions, you must tap on My Lists and the tap on your ne list. If you do not see your new list, then pull the list area to refresh.
