View My Lists on Mobile

MY LISTS

You can view most of your lists from Client Center on Tier1 Mobile Now. To view your lists,

  1. Tap on the My Lists icon on the bottom navigation menu or the hamburger navigation menu.

  2. The mobile app will display most of your lists such as my contacts, my priority contacts which is mainly for research analysts, my accounts and all your custom static and simple dynamic lists. My contacts and my accounts can also be accessed via the hamburger navigation menu.

  3. Tap on a list to view contacts or accounts. When the contacts or accounts are loaded, this list is cached and will be available to view offline. Cached lists have a blue chevron; uncached lists have a gray chevron.

UNPIN (HIDE) LISTS

Use the unpin list feature to hide lists you no longer need, but don’t want to delete or archive. On the list of lists view, you can unpin (hide) any number of lists by following these steps.

  1. Select any lists by tapping on the icon beside the list

  2. Tap UNPIN and confirm.

  3. These lists are now hidden from your default list of list view

PIN (UNHIDE) LISTS

You can also pin (unhide) any lists by following these steps.

  1. Tap on the pointer icon top left

  2. Search for any unpinned list by name

  3. Tap PIN and confirm

  4. These lists are now available on your default list of list view

Known Issues and Limitations

Advanced dynamic lists such as advanced saved search, preference list, distribution lists and smart lists are not yet available on Mobile.

You cannot pin or unpin coverage or priority lists.

List grouping and favoriting a list features are not yet available on Mobile.
