If the Inbox app becomes frozen or unresponsive, you can force a session logout using the developer console.
When to use this:
The add-in is stuck.
Buttons are not responding to clicks.
Closing and reopening the add-in does not resolve the issue.
Instructions:
Right-click anywhere inside the Inbox app pane.
Select Inspect or Inspect Element from the menu. A new window will appear on the right or bottom of your screen.
Click the Console tab at the top of this new window.
Copy and paste the following command into the console area.
ACE.CoreInbox.AuthClient.InvalidateSession();Press Enter on your keyboard.
The app should immediately refresh and redirect you to the Login screen.
