Question 1: When I click my mass email in the Sent Items to view metrics, it says it is currently being processed. How do I view it?

This message indicates that the emails are still being sent or the data is currently syncing. It typically takes about 5 minutes after the final email has been sent for the metrics to appear. If you do not see metrics after this time, contact your administrator or Tier1 support.
