Question 1: Does the tool support send on behalf of?

Regardless of whether you use Send on Behalf of or Send As in Outlook, Tier1 Inbox will always treat the email as Send As.

This ensures that the recipient sees only the Mailbox Owner's name rather than the assistant or junior team member who sent it

Question 2: Can I preview my mass email with the merge field replaced?

Currently, Inbox does not support a live preview mode with merged data.

We recommend sending a copy to yourself first to verify the email format and merge fields before sending the email to the full list.

Question 3: When sending a mass email to a list, I want to add a contact that I noticed is missing. How do I add them?

When you are reviewing the recipient list and notice a missing contact, follow these steps to add a contact.

  1. Open Client Center.

  2. Add the missing contacts to your target list.

  3. Return to Inbox. Deselect and then re-select the list to refresh the data.

  4. Click the recipient list to verify the full list .

We currently do not support adding contacts directly from Tier1 Inbox.

Question 4: I notice a list is not available when I tried to send a mass email.

Inbox supports all contact coverage, priority contacts, static contact lists, and dynamic contact lists. If your list is not appearing, check the following:

  1. Did you create an account list by mistake? Verify in Client Center that the list is a contact list (look for the person icon beside the list name).

  2. Verify if the list is archived. Open the filters in the Client Center list panel, select Archived Lists, and reactivate the list.
