Editing a Meeting

Article summary

OVERVIEW

After a Meeting is added, you can edit it from the Schedule tab in Event Summary screen or from Meeting Details Page.

EDIT A MEETING FROM EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to edit.

  3. From the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis to the left of the Meeting's time slot), select "Edit Meeting".

  4. Edit the fields as necessary.

  5. Click Update.

EDIT A MEETING FROM MEETING DETAILS PAGE

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. In Meetings grid, locate the Meeting you want to edit.

  3. Click Meeting Timeslot to open Meeting Details Page.

  4. Click Edit icon in Meeting Details Page header or select "Edit Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  5. Edit the fields as necessary.

  6. Click Update.

EDIT A MEETING FROM SUMMARY PANE

  1. From List or Calendar view, click on the Event name to open Summary Pane.

  2. Navigate to Meetings tab, locate the Meeting you want to edit.

  3. Select "Edit Meeting" from the context menu (denoted by a vertical ellipsis).

  4. Edit the fields as necessary.

  5. Click Update.

Note:

You cannot reduce a Meeting's Capacity to a number of seats lower than the number of Attendees already booked into that Meeting (if overbooking is not allowed for the Meeting's parent Event). An attempt to save a Meeting after reducing its Capacity fails with an error message displayed.
