Adding Meeting Template

OVERVIEW

You can add a Meeting Template instead of manually defining commonly used Meetings schedules.

To create a new Meeting Template, see Meeting Templates.

OPEN EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

  1. Open Event Summary screen for the collection.

  2. Select the sub-event you want to see the schedule for from the Navigation Pane on the left.

  3. Event Summary screen updates to display the schedule of the selected Sub-Event.

ADD A MEETING TEMPLATE

  1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

  2. From meeting context menu, select Add Meeting Template.

  3. Select the name of the Meeting Template you want to add.

  4. Click Update.
