OVERVIEW
You can add a Meeting Template instead of manually defining commonly used Meetings schedules.
To create a new Meeting Template, see Meeting Templates.
OPEN EVENT SCHEDULE TAB
Open Event Summary screen for the collection.
Select the sub-event you want to see the schedule for from the Navigation Pane on the left.
Event Summary screen updates to display the schedule of the selected Sub-Event.
ADD A MEETING TEMPLATE
Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.
From meeting context menu, select Add Meeting Template.
Select the name of the Meeting Template you want to add.
Click Update.
