Adding Multiple Meetings

OVERVIEW

You can schedule multiple Meetings at once. When adding multiple Meetings, you cannot specify a Booking Type . However, after the Meetings are added, you can open and edit any of the individual Meetings as necessary.

OPEN EVENT SCHEDULE TAB

1. Open Event Summary screen for the collection.

2. Select the sub-event you want to see the schedule for from the Navigation Pane on the left.

3. Event Summary screen updates to display the schedule of the selected Sub-Event.

ADD MULTIPLE MEETINGS

1. Open Schedule tab in Event Summary screen.

2. From meeting context menu, select Add Multiple Meetings.

3. In Add Multiple Meetings dialog that opens, fill in the details as necessary:

   

   • Start Time: Set the start time for the Meetings.

   • Duration: Set the duration of all the Meetings.

   • Interval: Set the time interval between the Meetings.

   • Capacity: Set the number of available spots for all the Meetings.

   • Meeting Type: Select the Meeting Type.

   • No. of Meetings: Set the number of Meetings to add.

   • Reserved: Select to reserve these Meetings. This check box only appears if configured for the specific Meeting Type.

   • Description: Enter a description for the Meetings.

4. Click Save.

Note:

Required fields are always marked as such (vertical red bar along the left border of the field). Save is disabled until all required fields are filled out. Validation takes place when an action button is clicked; all validation errors are displayed in a standard warning box. If validation fails, all fields with errors are marked with an all-around red border.
