View Holder History

On any of the searches by stock, you can view the holder history over the last three filings.

1. On the contacts by stock, accounts by stock, or funds by stock search results, click on the account name or fund name and click Holder History. You cannot view contact’s holder history.

   

2. The holder history summarizes the holdings for this account or fund over the last 3 holdings so that you can view any trends. For example, as of September 2023, the last 3 filings showed that The Vanguard Group increased positions over the last 3 filings but decreased positions in current filing for September 30, 2023.
