View Contact Call Reports on Mobile

To view a contact’s recent call reports,

  1. Tap on a contact from any contact list or from search results, you will be on the contact details screen.

  2. Navigate to the call report cube using the swipe navigation or the … menu.

  3. You can see the most recent call reports.

  4. If you have many call reports, you can use the search, sort or specialized attendee filter to find a specific call report.

  5. Tap on the call report to view the details.

Filter Options

Description

All

No filters applied. All call reports that the user can view based on security requirements.

Attended

Where selected contact is added as an external attendee. For most instances, it is the same as All unless administrators have configured additional filters.

Internal

Logged in user is an internal attendee or email recipient.
