To view a contact’s recent call reports,
Tap on a contact from any contact list or from search results, you will be on the contact details screen.
Navigate to the call report cube using the swipe navigation or the … menu.
You can see the most recent call reports.
If you have many call reports, you can use the search, sort or specialized attendee filter to find a specific call report.
Tap on the call report to view the details.

Filter Options | Description |
---|---|
All | No filters applied. All call reports that the user can view based on security requirements. |
Attended | Where selected contact is added as an external attendee. For most instances, it is the same as All unless administrators have configured additional filters. |
Internal | Logged in user is an internal attendee or email recipient. |
