VIEW CONTACT DETAILS
To view a contact
Tap on a contact from any contact list or from search results, you will be on the contact details screen.
You can view important contact details in the header such as their name, company they work for and its tier, RAG status, and whether they have email opt out or do not call flags.
On the top right, you can do quick actions such as edit, add to list, call, email, create new call report, or several custom options in the … menu.
On the bottom, you can view all the cube options and its details. Swipe left and right to view the cube options and swipe vertically to navigate the details section.
CONTACT DETAILS NAVIGATION
You can navigate the contact details screen in the following ways.
Tap on the account name to view the account details screen
Swipe horizontally on the cube section to navigate to a cube to view its details or tap on the … menu to navigate to a cube directly
When a cube is loaded, use the search bar, sort options and specific filter options to find what you are looking for.
You can also swipe vertically on a cube to find the specific record or information you are looking for.
Some cubes will allow you to tap on the record to view its details.
