To view an account’s recent tasks and meetings,
Tap on an account from any account list or from search results, you will be on the account details screen.
Navigate to the recent activities cube using the swipe navigation or the … menu.
You can see the most recent task and meetings.
If you have many tasks and meetings, you can use the search, sort or specialized filter to find a specific activities.
Tap on the task or meeting to view its details.
Filter Options | Description |

All Interactions | All tasks and meetings |
By Task Status | Filter tasks by specific statuses such as Not Started, In Progress, Canceled, or Completed. |
All Meetings | Filter to display all meetings. |
