To view an account’s recent call reports,
Tap on an account from any account list or from search results, you will be on the account details screen.
Navigate to the call report cube using the swipe navigation or the … menu.
You can see the most recent call reports.
If you have many call reports, you can use the search, sort or specialized attendee filter to find a specific call report.
Tap on the call report to view the details.
Filter Options | Description |
|---|---|
All | No filters applied. |
Primary | Where selected account is added as a primary account. |
Attended | Where any contact of selected account is added as an external attendee. |
Internal | Primary filter and any call reports where logged in user is an internal attendee or email recipient. |
Discussed | Where selected account is added as a company discussed |
