  1. She clicks on the recipient list to review it and view the preview. Once she is happy with the email and the list, she sends the email just like if she was sending a regular email.

  2. Tier1 for Outlook will then send a copy to yourself and then the email servers will start sending to the contacts one by one until completed.

  3. She can review the summary email, view Client Center mass emails in activity manager to review email metrics.
