Side panel based on a selected meeting or email

  1. Steven selects his meeting in Outlook and opens the side panel.

  2. He clicks the call report, open activities, and recent activities lists to review recent interactions or issues.

  3. If there are contacts in the meeting that do not exist in CRM, he can click on the New to create that contact and if there changes required to the existing contact, click on the pencil to edit the contact.
