Manage CRM Contacts from Outlook

Steve Miller at XYZ Advisory has an upcoming status meeting with a client, while in Outlook, he quickly reviews the contact's details from the side panel and catches up on all recent discussions he and his colleagues have had with the client and all recent issues. He is now caught up and prepared for his status meeting, all without leaving Outlook.

Click each list to review coverage, call reports, upcoming meetings, open deals, mass emails, etc.
Side panel based on a selected meeting or email
Steven selects his meeting in Outlook and opens the side panel.
He clicks the call report, open activities, and recent activities lists to review recent interactions or issues.
If there are contacts in the meeting that do not exist in CRM, he can click on the New to create that contact and if there changes required to the existing contact, click on the pencil to edit the contact.
