Review Summary Email

Once Tier1 has processed all the emails, Inbox sends you a summary email with the following information.

1. The email contents you sent, including attachments.

2. A status summary is provided at the bottom of the email body, and the full status of each contact is included as an attachment.

The attachment identifies contacts who were skipped or failed due to:

Email Opt-outs: Contacts who were not sent the email because they have unsubscribed in the past.

Missing Data: Contacts who were not sent the email because their record is missing data required for a merge field.
