Inactivate a Prospector User

To inactivate a user.

1. Go to https://aceprospector.com/, login as your user and then click on the Admin button top right of the screen.

2. On the top left screen, click Manage Users tab.

3. Use the filters or scroll down to find the user’s name and click inactivate. This will instantly inactivate them without any warning message.

4. You can also edit the user and set their status to inactive as well.

Use the same instructions above to re-activate a user. Instead of inactivate/inactive in steps 3 & 4. Activate or set them as active.
