Download Mobile App and Login

DOWNLOAD & LOGIN

1. Tap on the Apple Store or Google Play store. 

2. Search for “Tier1 Mobile Now” in the app store. 

3. Tap to download the app and go back to your home screen. 

4. Find the Tier1 Mobile Now app on your home screen and tap to open it. 

5. On the login screen, enter your username & password to login. 

SINGLE SIGN-ON & MY DOMAIN LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS 

Follow this step only if your admin or support staff tell you to 

Apple Devices

• In step 5 above, instead of entering your username and password, tap the gear icon near the top right of the screen.

• Tab + near the top right of the screen, enter the following for Host and Label. 

Host: Your company Salesforce domain URL, contact your admin or support to find this. Normally it will be in the format of tier1fin.my.salesforce.com as an example. 

Label: Give it a label you recognize like your firm name, for example Tier1. 

• Login with your Salesforce username and password OR your firm’s single sign on login (i.e. your computer username and password).

Android Devices

• In the step 5 above, instead of entering your username and password, tap the ellipsis icon near the top right of the screen. 

• Tab Add Connection at the bottom, enter the following for Name and URL. 

Name: Give it a name you recognize like your firm name, for example Tier1. 

URL: Your company Salesforce domain URL, contact your admin or support to find this. Normally it will be in the format of https://tier1fin.my.salesforce.com as an example. 

• Login with your Salesforce username and password OR your firm’s single sign on login (i.e. your computer username and password).
