Tier1 Mobile Now has two features to help you save your call reports and complete it later.
RECOVERY
If the mobile app crashes or you accidentally close the app while writing a call report, the next time you open the app, it will re-open the call report and restore most of the data.
UNSAVED CALL REPORTS
If you are in a hurry, you can save the call report to device and can access it later to complete it. To view your unsaved call reports.
Tap on Unsaved Call Reports on the hamburger navigation menu.
You will see all the call reports saved to device.
Tap on them to complete it or delete it if you no longer want it.
Known Issues and Limitations |

Unsaved call reports saved to device is not the same as draft call reports. Unsaved call reports are only avaialble on mobile and cannot be accessed on Client Center. |
