View Meetings on Mobile

My meetings displays the following.

• Meetings where you are an organizer.

• Meetings where you are an attendee.

• Meetings where attendees are in your account coverage.

To view your meetings,

1. Tap on My Meetings on the hamburger navigation menu.

2. You can change the date filters by tapping on the start/end dates or tap on the calendar to select pre-configured date ranges.

3. Find a meeting by using the text filter.

4. Pull the list to refresh the list if a meeting was recently created or edited to fit the filter critera.

5. Tap on a meeting to view more details or edit it.

6. Log call report for that meeting.

   

On the meeting view, you can also create a call report or navigate to the client attendees detail view.
