View Contacts from Account

Article summary

To view who works for a firm and further filter based on their role, speciality or coverage, follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the account name from a search or from any account list workflow and select Contacts.

  2. The full list of contacts who work for the firm is displayed with basic info like their title, email, phone, and location. Click on the contact details checkbox to view more details or click on Excel icon to export the list.

  3. To target specific contacts with role, speciality or coverage, click on the funnel icon to filter.

When using Prospector on Salesforce, you will notice two cosmetic changes.

  • Contacts that are grayed out means the contacts are not linked to CRM and the contacts appearing in clickable blue links means they exist in CRM.

  • Contacts with blue circle indicates the contact is in your coverage and green square indicates contact is not in your coverage. In addition, a filter at the top to filter based on your coverage is available.
