When Client Center, Deals, Events, Inbox, Prospector is upgraded to at least 2025.1, Tier1 will track the following metrics.

  • Events user type. For example, Standard User, Events Coodinator, Admin.

  • Events package version. For example, T1C AEM 2025.1.

  • Base package version. For example, T1C Base 2025.1.

  • Org Id. For example, 00DWC0000052Hhe.

  • Org name. For example, Tier1 Financial Solutions.

  • User Id. For example, 0052E00000g3lgrGEf.

  • User profile name. For example, T1 Markets User.

  • User role name. For example, Sales.

  • Prospector user type. For example, User, Client Admin.

  • Prospector user Id. For example 005.

  • Specific actions performed by the user. For example, User ID 0056g000001KFhSFEH; Client Center: Call Report Openen; https://tier1fin--t1c-base.vf.force.com/apex/ACEActivityReport?accountId=0014u00006jiF3j3fA&t1env=inbox&isdtp=p1&source=https%3A%2F%2Finbox.tier1fin.com&layoutPath=ACE.ActivityReport.Layouts.CallReport;Jul 1, 2025 3:35 PM.

  • Browser parameters such as locale, timezone, agent. For example, en-US, America/New_York, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/134.0.0.0 Safari/537.36.

Note that Tier1 does not track a user’s email, user’s name, search terms, or specific records being accessed.
