LOGOUT

To logout of Tier1 for Outlook, click on the settings icon and then click logout.

TROUBLESHOOTING LOGS

If Tier 1 support or engineering requests logs for troubleshooting, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the help (?) icon, select About.

  1. Click Debug to Clipboard.

  1. Paste the copied log into a Word document or Notepad file and save it.

  2. Send the saved file to Tier 1 support or engineering.

The about page also contains the Tier1 for Outlook version number.
