USE CASE
The use case illustrates using Tier1 Mobile Now to help you prepare for an upcoming meeting with a client and then log the call report after.
Steven Miller at XYZ Advisory has an upcoming pitch meeting at the a client’s office. While in the taxi, he opens the mobile app and quickly reviews the recent interactions and recent deals. After that he is now up-to-date of all recent discussions he and his colleagues have had with the client and incorporates that information into his pitch.
After his successful meeting, he logs the call report to alert his analysts of follow-up actions so they can action on it immediately and then he update his deals so that his pipeline is up-to-date for his weekly pipeline meeting.
WORKFLOW
Steven opens his Tier1 Mobile Now app, and opens the account that he is meeting with. To prepare for his meeting.
a. He navigates to the call reports cube and reads the last 5 call reports.
b. He navigates to the activities cube and reviews last few meetings and tasks.
c. He navigates to the deals cube and reviews the last 5 deals.
After his meeting, he sees the alert of his meeting and taps the call report to create the call report. He fills it out and saves and send the email notification. His analysts back in the office receive the email.
He finally opens the deals menu and selects the deal he is working on. He taps on it and updates the stage to active discussions, and adds next steps.
