View Collection Details

OVERVIEW

After a Collection is created, you can view details of it through the Event Summary screen. You can view details by locating the Collection under the Events tab in the Side Panel, or in the Calendar (by locating a Sub-Event belonging to it) and List Views.

VIEW A COLLECTION FROM THE EVENTS TAB

1. From the Side Panel, open the Events tab.

2. Locate and click on the name of the Collection.

3. The Event Summary screen opens.

VIEW A COLLECTION FROM THE CALENDAR VIEW

1. Open the Calendar View.

2. Locate and click on the name of the Sub-Event that belongs to the Collection to open Summary Pane.

3. Click on the navigation drop-down to select the Collection (listed at the top).

4. Summary Pane updates to show Collection details with Overview tab selected by default.

5. Click on View Event button or launch icon at top left corner of the pane.

6. The Event Summary screen opens.

VIEW A COLLECTION FROM THE LIST VIEW

1. Open the List View.

2. Locate and double click on the name of the Collection.

3. The Event Summary screen opens.
