Feedback on Prospector Data

Any inquiries or investigations on data within Prospector can be directed to My Refintiv portal. Response time is 24 hours.

1. Register on MyRefinitiv portal https://my.refinitiv.com/content/mytr/en/signin.html. Once registered, find and click on the email link to confirm password

2. Login to your account and click on Help & Support menu and then click Get Support. You can either choose Get Product and Content Support or Provide Feedback.

3. For Get Product and Content Support, ensure you fill in the correct fields.

   • Choose I Believe content is incorrect or incomplete.

   • Select product Refinitiv Ownership and Profiles Data Feeds.

   • Enter your comments.

   • Enter how you want to be contacted.

5. For Provide Feedback, ensure you fill in the correct fields.

   • Enter type of feedback, e.g. Raise a complaint.

   • For enquiry, choose Content.

   • Select product Refinitiv Ownership and Profiles Data Feeds.

   • Enter your comments.

   • Enter how you want to be contacted.

Contact changes received via alerts/triggers are updated within 2 working days.

Contact / Firm additions are completed within 5 working days.

In addition to the daily updates, team also reviews the firms and contacts based on the set frequency.
