To create a new account,
On the bottom navigation menu, tap + Create New icon and tap Create Account.
Alternate ways to create an account
On any account list, tap on the + on the top right
Fill in any required fields that are marked with red bar. These normally include name and address.
You can optionally add account coverage to any employees during account creation.
Lastly, if you see a duplicate check, verify that it is not a duplicate against any suggested accounts. Tap add account on the top right screen to save the account.
Each organization account create form will have different fields to edit. Contact the administrator or Tier1 if you want to edit any account details that are not available.
