The common workflow to add meetings is through using Outlook plugin or Outlook sync tool. If you need to add a meeting that is not on your Outlook calendar that you want to track, you can create a meeting on mobile.

  1. Tap on + Create New and select create meeting or tap on the hamburger navigation menu and go to my meetings list and then tap on the + on the top right.

  2. Populate the fields as you would in Outlook such as subject, contacts, start/end times, location, description. You can optionally populate the CRM fields such as related to, type or any custom fields.

In corporate and investment banking instances, if the related to is not populated or populated with an account, it will be overriden with a special activity security record to ensure only users on private side of the wall can view this task.

Known Issues and Limitations

Mobile does not support the scheduling feature like Outlook. The main use case is to create meetings that may not be in Outlook such as annual general meeting, non-scheduled ad hoc meetings you had with clients.

Mobile meeting form do not support new custom fields. You may have additional fields on desktop that are not available on mobile.

Mobile meeting form do not support additional related to other than call report and deals. You may have additional values on desktop that are not available on mobile.
