If your company has approval process for coverage, priority contacts, wall crossing requests or any other Salesforce approval data, you can view and approve these records on Tier1 Mobile Now. To view and approve records,
Tap on the Items to Approve on the hamburger navigation menu.
You can view all the records that are pending approval. Tap on the individual record and either approve or reject and add a comment.
To approve multiple records,
Tap Select on the top right screen
Tap to choose which records to approve or reject
Tap reject or approve labels at the top and add comments. Note that your comments will be applied to each request.
Your organization must be using Salesforce approval process for records to appear under Items to Approve. If you have a custom built approval process, those approval records will not appear here.

Approvals that require multiple steps is not supported. The users will get an error trying to approve records with multiple approval steps. Approve records that require multiple steps on desktop application. |
You must tap on each record to view the record details. The list view only gives you what type of record. |
