INBOX
Exchange Sync – Meeting Sync (Pilot Release)
Pilot Release Notice: This feature is available for pilot testing only. Clients should evaluate it in a Sandbox environment and should not deploy it to Production.
Overview
Exchange calendar meetings can now sync to Salesforce as Event Activity records, with attendees linked to existing CRM contacts, providing a complete view of client interactions and engagement history.
Key Capabilities
Administrator can configure which users are to be opted into the automatic sync, and how far back of past meetings to sync for the initial sync.
Meetings from a user's personal/default Exchange calendar are automatically synced to Salesforce Events for users who opt in.
Meeting attendees are matched and linked to existing CRM contacts where applicable.
A single Salesforce Event is created per meeting, even when multiple synced users are attendees.
If at least one attendee has opted in to Meeting Sync, the meeting will be synced.
Exclusions
Private meetings are never synced. If any attendee marks a meeting as private in Outlook, the meeting will be excluded from sync.
Meetings from configurable excluded email domains are not synced.
Shared and secondary calendars are not supported; only the user's personal/default calendar is synced.
In future release, we will be adding the capability to automatically sync meetings based on Outlook categories.
Mass Email Enhancements – Sender and Reply-To Configuration
Added new administrator-controlled settings for Mass Email to provide greater flexibility in configuring sender identity and response handling. Administrator can configure the Display Sender Name, From Email Address, and Reply-To Address for Mass Emails to ensure consistent branding and centralized response management.
Enhancements
Administrators can configure a Display Sender Name (for example, "Tier1 Marketing") that is shown to recipients instead of the individual sender's name.
Administrators can configure a From Email Address so mass emails are sent from a standardized email address rather than individual user mailboxes.
Administrators can configure a Reply-To Email Address to route all recipient replies to a centralized mailbox.
Supports Outlook’s “Have replies sent to” behavior to ensure replies are correctly routed to the configured mailbox.
Admin-level settings override all user-level configurations and cannot be bypassed by end users.
No default values are provided; configuration is client-defined.
Technical Notes / Limitations
The From Address and From Display Name are currently supported only via SendGrid integration.
SMTP does not reliably support sender name/address spoofing due to provider restrictions.
Microsoft Graph integration has additional prerequisites and constraints for sending behavior, which may limit full support depending on tenant configuration.
Other Client Feedback
Mass Emailing – Exclude Hidden Lists from Recipient Selection: Added support to control the visibility of hidden recipient lists in Inbox mass emailing, providing a more consistent experience between Client Center and Inbox.
Mass Email Recipient List – Column Visibility Improvements: Added minimum column widths and horizontal scrolling support to improve readability when displaying multiple columns.
Inbox – Missing Contact Indicator: Enhanced the Inbox Side Panel with clearer visual cues and updated actions to help users quickly identify email senders who are not in CRM and create missing contacts directly from Inbox. The changes includes: updated the label from “X emails not found” to “X Contacts not found.”, renamed the “View All” action to “Create Contacts” for greater clarity, selecting “Create Contacts” opens the existing non-CRM contacts screen, allowing users to view all unmatched contacts and create CRM contacts directly from the list.
Account Contacts – Coverage Filter: Introduced a Contact Coverage filter on the Account Contacts tab to allow users to view only contacts within their assigned coverage. Added configurable setting to control whether coverage or all contacts are shown by default, improving sales efficiency while preserving flexibility for other user types.
CLIENT CENTER
BigDough Ownership and Profile view
To give users a unified view of ownership and profile data without switching between systems, the following BigDough capabilities are now available in Client Center:
Users can now access BigDough ownership and profile views in Client Center BigDough cube to view contact/account profile, link contact/account to CRM, view account contacts, view contact/account funds, view portfolio summary like top 10 holdings, top 5 new positions and closed positions etc.
Mass e-mail enhancements
To provide greater visibility into email engagement and make it easier to act on campaign data, the following mass email improvements have been made:
Users with visibility to a mass email can also view related account and contact metrics calculated on the basis of all mass emails visible to the logged-in user, ensuring consistency between email-level metrics and account/contact-level metrics in Activity Manager.
Users can now export data from mass email details screen.
Users can view Total Unsubscribe as a column in the by account view. Total Unsubscribe is the number of unsubscribes for all the contacts at the account for the mass emails sent in the date range selected.
Data import
To reduce manual effort and enable faster list creation from existing data, the following data import capabilities have been added:
Users can now import account data from excel to create static new account lists in Client Center
Users can now import contact data from excel to create new contact lists in Client Center. This was previously available only in the new beta version of Client Center.
Other client feedback items
Users can now save the states of the field checkboxes available along with their contact or account saved search. For eg: If a user is searching for specific field value on a city, they can save the checkbox state of ‘city’ in the saved search.
Users can now have their address automatically matched against existing records when a contact is created or updated, eliminating duplicate address entries and ensuring consistent address data across the system.
DEAL MANAGEMENT
CLONING FUNCTIONALITY ENHANCEMENTS
The deal cloning feature has been enhanced to ensure compliance, integrity and efficiency for new deal creation.
Enhancements include:
Admin users can customize which fields are copied when cloning a deal to create a new one.
Users can clone tranche/invoice data along with the deal.
Deal cloning option would now be hidden from users who have only view access.
Limitations
The fields that determine the layout are always copied despite exclusion in customization. For eg: Stage and staus fields would always be copied because the rest of the fields in the layout depend on the these selections.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS
Various performance improvements have been implemented to the Deals application to improve startup speed, data retrieval performance, and overall application stability - including replacing expensive metadata calls with direct references, reducing processing complexity for large datasets, and introducing more controlled record loading to prevent platform limit errors.
CONSUMPTION REPORTING
FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
This release will focus on bug fixes and improvements.

MASS ASSIGN KEY PARTICIPANTS TO MEETINGS
Introduced a new centralized workflow for Event Coordinators to efficiently assign Key Participants across multiple meetings in bulk, reducing the need for individual meeting updates. This feature introduces a streamlined bulk workflow for assigning Key Participants to meetings, significantly reducing manual effort for Event Coordinators while maintaining strict adherence to meeting constraints and AFR booking rules.
The Mass Assign Key Participant to Meetings feature enables Event Coordinators to add Key Participants to multiple meetings in a single workflow. This improves operational efficiency when managing Collections or Events with multiple related meetings.
The Mass Assign Key Participants screen is a standalone workflow that can be launched from multiple contexts including: Launch Points are in Event Summary Screen Collection/Event context menus.
Event Coordinators can select one or more meetings and assign Key Participants to meetings in bulk.
Supports adding Key Participants only
Does not support removing Key Participants or editing other meeting details
Respects AFR configuration for over-capacity booking rules: If overbooking is allowed, Key Participant assignment proceeds. If overbooking is not allowed, the assignment fails for affected meetings.
Existing meeting constraints are enforced, including: Capacity limits, meeting locks, “Reserved by” restrictions
A failure summary is displayed after execution, indicating: Which Key Participants failed to be assigned, which meetings were affected, and the reason for failure where applicable (e.g., capacity, lock, reservation)
SUMMARY PANE ENHANCEMENTS - MEETING AVAILABILITY & BOOKING VISIBILITY
Improved the Summary Pane booking experience to provide clearer visibility of meeting availability and align booking behavior with the Schedule Tab. This enhancement improves consistency across booking views and increases visual clarity in the Summary Pane, helping users quickly understand meeting availability and booking eligibility without switching between views.
The displayed count now reflects the total number of meetings, rather than only “available meetings.”
Improved the “Book” button in the Summary Pane for better clarity of booking status.
